“Hombro a Hombro” initiative. Notably, he demonstrates unwavering commitment as a benefactor and ally to esteemed organizations such as “Un Techo para mi País” and “Peru Champs.”
Victor’s success as a developer of large-scale projects is truly commendable. His portfolio encompasses the construction of 4,000 homes and over 75 buildings, with investments totaling $612 million.
Moreover, he possesses 20,000 m2 of rental assets, generating an impressive gross annual revenue of $5,000,000. His personal investments of $40,000,000 in two hotels exhibit his dedication to expanding his ventures, with an estimated EBITDA of $5,000,000.
His professional journey began in 1992 when he worked in the commercial department of Naviera Humboldt, where he gained valuable experience. In 1995, Victor embarked on his entrepreneurial venture in the Real Estate Sector by acquiring a modest plot of land measuring 500m2. With a total investment of US$ 320k, he constructed and sold eight flats. This marked the inception of V&V Grupo Inmobiliario, founded by Victor in 1996. Further strengthening the V&V Group, he established the Construction Division in partnership with Constructora Bravo Contratistas Generales in 2004.
Under Victor’s exceptional leadership, V&V
Group ventured into the “Mi Vivienda” segment in 2005 with the remarkable
“Condominio Alameda La Castellana” project. This initiative entailed the development of 180 units and an investment of US$ 5,500,000. To date, Victor and his team have successfully constructed around 2,000 homes for the Social Segment, leaving a significant impact on communities.
In 2010, V&V Group expanded its business horizons by venturing into the development and construction of office buildings. Remarkably, the Group has successfully erected two of the largest office buildings in contemporary Lima, with a combined area of approximately
100.000 m2.
As part of its Diversification Strategy in 2012, the Group established the Property Rental Division, aiming to generate consistent income streams. In line with this vision, V&V Group ventured into the construction of hotels. Currently, the Division encompasses Commercial Premises, Offices, and two hotels comprising approximately 300 rooms, managed by renowned chains such as MARRIOTT and MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL.
A significant milestone was achieved by the company in 2015 when it surpassed the sale of 3,500 real estate units situated in prime districts of Metropolitan Lima. By 2019, the Group’s annual turnover witnessed remarkable growth, exceeding
S/. 400 million soles, securing the third position in real estate sales in modern Lima. Notably, the V&V Group has surpassed the remarkable milestone of constructing over 1,000,000 m2 of built space.

Cesar Augusto Paniagua Ampudia is a highly accomplished business professional, who currently holds a pivotal role in leading and consolidating V&V’s operations in the United States, serving as a valuable link between the U.S. division and the parent company in Peru.
In 2021, Cesar was appointed as the President of V&V’s U.S. operations based in Florida. In this influential position, he spearheads the company’s representation at public events, establishes a competent and dedicated team to oversee operations, acquires prime land to build a portfolio of ten projects, and maintains regular communication with the board of directors at the Parent Company in Peru.
Prior to his current role, Cesar excelled as the New Business Manager at the Head Office from 2016 to 2021. He showcased remarkable skills in identifying and acquiring strategic land for the business group, raising the necessary capital for acquisitions, and structuring lucrative business opportunities for V&V.
From 2014 to 2016, Cesar held the position of Commercial Manager at the Head Office, where he exhibited exceptional leadership in spearheading the marketing and sales division of the company.
Furthermore, from 2012 to 2014, he served as a Project Manager at the Head Office, shouldering the responsibility of successfully managing various projects within the business group from inception to completion.

Fernando has established himself as a seasoned expert in the real estate market. His involvement in over 100 real estate projects has contributed to an astounding cumulative sales volume exceeding $12 Billion. Notably, he was Executive Vice-President of the Development Division at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty – a powerhouse boasting 1,300 Agents, 27 offices, and a remarkable $8.8B in sales. Over a span of 7 years (2015-2022), Fernando skillfully managed a dynamic portfolio of 20 projects, with an average value of $4.5 Billion in inventory. His visionary leadership led to the inception of ONE Capital, the company’s private equity arm.
Fernando’s influence has extended far beyond the corporate sphere. He has made his mark as a Chief Economist, captivating audiences as a public speaker and contributing insights to over 100 real estate panels and conferences in 23 different countries. Prior to his role at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Fernando held the esteemed positions of Vice President of the International Division and Managing Director of Operations and Finances at Fortune International Group.

OSCAR BRAVO PUCCIO

Oscar Bravo is a highly skilled civil engineer with an extensive career spanning over 36 years in the field of civil works. His journey began in 1987 at Proconcisa, a company specializing in textile works, house construction, and administrative office projects. As he contributed to significant endeavors such as constructing bank agencies and corporate offices, Oscar’s ambition led him to establish his own company, EFE S.R.L. Ltda. This venture focused on textile plant expansions and the construction of warehouses for the esteemed Cervesur Group, as well as agencies for renowned banks including Financiero, BBVA, and Wiese Sudameris.
In 1993, Oscar undertook the challenge of implementing and renovating 65 stores across various cities in Peru within a mere nine months for Profuturo AFP. Successfully completing this ambitious project elevated his experience and reputation. In 2005, he partnered with Victor Arce to embark on the construction of Alameda la Castellana, the Group’s first large condominium.
This collaboration continued to flourish, leading them to acquire a plot of land in 2008, where they spearheaded the development and construction of La Estancia de Surco, a residential project boasting 320 flats. Additionally, their combined efforts gave birth to Constructora V&V Bravo S.A.C., a testament to their dedication and entrepreneurial spirit.
Throughout the years, Oscar has remained actively involved in building construction projects in Lima, both for the V&V Group and external clients, including the construction of office buildings. In 2016, he played a pivotal role as one of the founders of V&V Desarrollo Inmobiliario, a prominent development company that stands alongside V&V
Bravo as one of the leading building construction firms in Lima. Their commitment to excellence has solidified their reputation in the industry.
In 2020, in a momentous partnership with Victor, Oscar achieved another milestone by opening their first hotel, the Fairfield by Marriott. This accomplishment further strengthened their presence in the hotel sector of Miraflores, leaving a remarkable imprint on the Peruvian construction industry.
