Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani’s interior design studio, Armani/Casa, completed its first residential project in Miami in 2020 and, now, the firm has reentered the South Florida market with a brand-new development, this time in ritzy Pompano Beach—and Robb Report got an exclusive first look.

Designed in collaboration with the renowned firm G3 AEC, the Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach at 1550 N Ocean Boulevard will be divided into two 19-story towers and host 28 total homes, each occupying their own floor. Local outfits Vertical Developments, WellDuo, GCF Development, and SP Developments have also signed on to the project.

“This new residential project, the third in the United States, is one of the most exclusive of those I have carried out to date,” Armani said in a statement. “I found the integration between the architecture, the natural landscape and the ocean particularly inspiring, and I was excited about the possibility of working for a demanding clientele, being able to convey my vision with complete freedom.”

In terms of the individual homes, high-quality renderings indicate they will be infused with the same spare, quiet luxury as the clothing that Armani designs and have a monochromatic palette that allows the views to take center stage. The beautifully appointed condos will be kitted out with soaring 10-foot ceilings and expansive wraparound terraces with 360-degree city and water vistas. The eat-in kitchens will feature European quartz and stone countertops plus custom cabinets from Armani/Casa, while primary suites will sport walk-in closets by Molteni Dada, midnight bars, and spacious bathrooms. Each condo will have two dedicated parking spots, or, if you’re in a penthouse unit, you’ll have three spaces. The development will begin accepting reservations this fall, with prices starting at $5 million.
